Inspired by Water, Chill provides patience and devotion for young people prone to freezing.
Chill’s job is to support young people that fear and are triggered by embarrassment, overwhelm and judgment that can lead to feelings of helplessness.
Young people who experience the freeze state of fear can become more inhibited, withdrawn and indecisive.
