Comfort characters for an unbreakable bond
Designed for anxious little humans who fear being separated from the people they love.
The be right back bear aims to bridge the communication gap between fear and response. Helping parents, children and partners express those complicated emotions that come to life when experiencing anxiety.

Separation
anxiety
That feeling of missing someone close to your heart.

The little bear that holds big emotions.
Meet Sprout
Inspired by the energy of the Earth, Sprout provides grounding and authenticity for young people prone to fawning when stressed or anxious.
Anxiety is simply unprocessed fear.
When children experience fear, they unconsciously respond in one of four ways. Being able to recognise these states helps us communicate with much more understanding and compassion.
Fight (Aggression)
Children experiencing separation anxiety may resort to aggression. Tantrums, yelling, or physical outbursts are common as they try to assert control due to their overwhelming fear of separation.
Freeze (Withdrawal)
Freeze responses lead to emotional withdrawal. Children become quiet and compliant, shutting down emotionally as a coping mechanism to deal with the overwhelming anxiety that can be brought on by separation.
Flight (Avoidance)
Flight responses involve avoidance. Kids may withdraw, avoid social interactions, or resist activities associated with separation, attempting to escape the situations causing their anxiety.
Fawn (Appeasement)
Fawn responses involve seeking approval. Kids become excessively eager to please, adopting a people-pleasing attitude and constantly seeking reassurance to prevent the feared separation.

Even apart, I’m always in your heart.
The bear that reminds the special one’s that you’ll be right back.
Meet the BRB family
The BRB family of comfort characters are designed to soothe those fearful reactions that take over our body when we feel sad, lonely, angry and scared. Each character represents and supports the fight, flight, freeze and fawn states we go into when we’re triggered.
“Absence is to love what wind is to fire; it extinguishes the small, it inflames the great.”

Emotion holders
Packaging as protective as a warm blanket. Guarding the hearts of those who wear the weight of the world on their shoulders.

Emotions feel big when we feel small.
We can’t always find words to express them.
